Hydrostatic Drives

For spatial separation of pump and hydraulic motor

Hydrostatic Drives

Hydrostatic transmissions for the drive of high performance machines allow spatial separation of pump and hydraulic motor that may be positioned at their most convenient places. Gear ratios provide the required speeds for normal operation or transfer travel.

Features

  • Especially durable
  • Two high and five low optional ratios provide the required speeds
  • Low operating speed and high speed during transfer travel
  • Large speed range in each gear
  • Controlled operating speed at full engine power
  • SAE-C or SAE-D adapters for different hydraulic motor sizes
  • Integrated oil pump to lubricate the input gearing and bearings
  • Hydraulic control: no cable, actuation by filling pressure, attachment to the existing housing
  • High contact ratio due to helical gearing for low noise operation of the transmission

Applications

High-tech hydraulic systems with electronic control where controlled operating speed is critical:

  • Dozing machines
  • Motor graders
  • Railway vehicles
  • Sweeping machines
  • Pavers
  • Construction and mining machinery
  • Forestry and agricultural machinery

Manufacturer

  • John Deere
